I’m Laura (it’s your pleasure to meet me), I’m 19 and I’m from Portugal. (if you are going to ask me which city, i’ll tell you Lisbon.) I’m studying Physiotherapy. I’m a sarcastic person and, thanks to One Direction, I’m a pervert girl.
I love to read, obviously I love Harry Potter. I love fashion and designer. I love cheesecake, Kinder, cupcakes, ice creams, strawberries and cherries. I have a passion for Starbucks. Give me a Caramel Frapppucino and I’m all yours. Ballet is beautiful, I used to dance ballet and I miss those days! Best place to take me: ballet performance. I love American Idol, 90210, Gossip Girl, Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice, Skins, Hellcats, Chuck, How I Met Your Mother and X-Factor.
I couldn’t live without music! I’m not a good singer (at all), but I’m always singing! Sometimes my life is a musical. In cases like, when I heard a word and start to sing something with that word or when I’m doing exams and all of the questions are a songs, so in my mind I’m sing like crazy. (Yeah, I’m weird.) Anyway, my favourite singers/bands are The Drums, The Kooks, Amy Winehouse, Joss Stone, Adele, Arctic Monkeys, Ed Sheeran, Rebecca Ferguson, Cher Lloyd and One Direction. I love festivals and concerts. I’ve already watched Lenny Kravitz, Amy Winehouse, Keane, Joss Stone, Bob Sinclair, Blasted Mechanism, Jason Mraz, Colbie Caillat, Gabriella Cilmi, Mika, Gogol Bordello, Calvin Harris, La Roux, The Gossip, The Drums, Jet, Pearl Jam, LCD Sound System, The XX, Florence And The Machine, Lady Gaga, 30 Seconds To Mars, Devendra Banhart, Local Natives, Skunk Anaise, New Young Poney Club, The Gossip, Hurts, The Maccabees, Peaches, Arctic Monkeys, Beirut, The Kooks, The Walkmen, Sean Riley & The Slowriders, Arcade Fire, Portishead, Chromeo, The Strokes, Slash, Elbow, Brandon Flowers, X-Wife and X-Factor Tour (so, I watched Matt Cardle, Rebecca Fergunson, Aiden Grimshaw, One Direction, Cher Lloyd, Mary Byrne, Wagner, Katie Waissel, Paije Richardson). I’ve already saw Portuguese bands/singers like Tiago Bettencourt, André Sardet, Da Weasel, Boss AC*, Clã, Deolinda, Quim Barreiros*, D’ZRT*, 4 Taste*, Floribella*, Toy*, Mónica Sintra*, Xutos e Pontapés and Santa Maria*.
Travel is one of the best things in life. I’ve a passion for beach, I don’t know how I could live without a beach near me during the year. But I actually like countryside, sometimes feels good being away from all the “city stress”. I’ve been in a lot of Spaninsh cities (Madrid, Barcelona, Manzaneda, Avila, Bilbao, Sevilla, Santiago de Compostela, Vigo, Tarragona, Vitoria, Salamanca), in some cities of France (Paris, Bordeaux, Tours, Toulouse, Poitiers, Biarritz ), in Tunise (Djerba), in Italy (Rome) and in England (Bath, London). I would love to travel around the world. (And obviously I’ve been in a loads of Portuguese cities)
